Preheat the oven to 200°C. On a cutting board, cut one end of the potatoes lengthwise. Place them on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the potatoes and bake for about 40 minutes or until tender. Remove and set aside.
